Our dairy soft ice cream is made from UK milk, although we will happily accommodate a local manufacturer on request. At the Royal Welsh Show we use a Welsh Dairy Soft Ice Cream, which is made in the depths of Wales on the Isle of Anglesey. www.plas-farm.co.uk
